Khao Sok & Cheow Lan Lake
This bike tour will have you traveling through 3 of Thailand's Southern provinces, Phuket, Phang Nga & Surrathani. Or you can join and depart this tour in Khao Lak,then visiting only 2 provinces, Phang Nga & Surrathani; which are the areas this cycling adventure tour focuses on.
As you head away from the Andaman coast and the ocean views you will experience the spectacular beauty of the mountainous areas with dense green Thai rain forest. The areas we visit and bike in are home to many wildlife and birds including hawks, hornbills and monkeys to name a few. Elephants also pass through these National Parks that form a corridor for the larger mammals of South East Asia.
The tours in these provinces will have you cycling through rubber tree plantations, old Thai towns & National parks alongside rivers & waterfalls. This amazing tour is much more than just biking, as on the second afternoon you will arrive at spectacular lake that covers 165 square kilometers, while at the lake you will have plenty of time to swim, kayak, hike, and take sightseeing trips via local long tail boats on the lake to appreciate the scenery and spot the local wildlife. A visit to some impressive caves with stalagmite & stalactite formations is also part of your adventure tour program.

| Day 1 | Pick up guests in Phuket and Khao Lak, cycling in morning and
afternoon, combination of on and off road cycling. |
| Day 2 | On road cycling in morning and afternoon, arrive at
Cheow Lan Lake. Time for kayaking, swimming and a sightseeing
trip on the lake. |
| Day 3 | Long tail boat excursion exploring the lake and its steep
mountainous sides, trekking and a visit to a cave. Afternoon
transfer back to your Phuket or Khao Lak accommodation. |
Tour profile:
This biking tour combines on and off road riding, the on road riding is on well surfaced roads, the off road trails on the first morning through rubber tree plantations are easy for all people regardless of their biking experience. In the afternoon we will tackle some more off road sections within the Khao Sok National Park, these trails are wide with some hilly sections, however a cool refreshing river awaits you to cool you down. The second day consists of on road biking with some hilly sections but none are too steep.
This bike tour is followed by a support vehicle with the exception of the off road sections, during the off road sections our support vehicle full of refreshments and spare parts is always in radio contact with your tour leader.

Koh Yao Exploration
Koh Yao Noi & Koh Yao Yai are two sleepy islands still enjoying a slow pace of life located in the famouse Phang Nga Bay, only 1 hour boat ride away from the international resort island Phuket.
The moment you step on the Koh Yao islands the usual stress and worries of every day life melt away and the island pace of life will get a hold of you. While Thailand is a mainly Buddhist country, these islands are mostly populated by peaceful Muslim communities that make a living from fishing, rice farming and rubber tree plantations.
The recent arrival of tourism to these islands hasn't affected the warm welcoming locals. Your bike tour in these islands will have you cycling through a small market town, rice paddies, past mosques and fishing villages and through areas of natural jungle rich in flora & fauna.
The Koh Yao Expedition bike tour isn't all biking, you will also visit the artistic locals who create Batik Paintings and you will have the opportunity to create your own Batik painting. On the final day of this cycling tour, a boat trip to local islands that rise magnificently from the sea is included.

Tour profil:
This tour combines small paved island roads with very little traffic as well as some off road dirt tracks through jungle areas and rubber trees. The distances covered are not excessive and as long as you have a reasonable level of fitness you will be able to enjoy this cycling tour.
Some of the off road sections are hilly and can be a bit challenging but these sections are optional. Unlike other tours on the mainland, there is no support vehicle availble on Koh Yao. But the mini buses will provide transport from your Phuket hotel to the pier, once we arrive in Koh Yao Noi after a 1 hour scenic boat journey our bags will be transferred to our accommodation by local transport.

Krabi Explorer
This bike trip takes place in Phang Nga & Krabi provinces; 2 of Thailands most beautiful and geographically striking provinces. This area is famous for its lime stone karsts rising dramatically from land & sea. The area boasts beautiful countryside and many small villages making it a perfect location for your cycling tour.
The cycling route will have you biking along quiet back roads and through palm and rubber tree plantations, passing small villages and Buddhist temples.
The Krabi Explorer is more than just biking; you will visit the famous Emerald Lake which makes for a perfect swim in the fresh water after the morning bike ride. A later cycle break at a hot stream, nature's natural hot Jacuzzi is always appreciated by bikers' tired legs.
On the final day your cycle route will bring you to a Thai temple, for those with energy you can walk up the 1272 steps to the Buddhist monument perched on top of the mountain, the view is definitely worth the climb. Watch out for all the monkeys.

Tour profil:
The Krabi Explorer combines on & off road cycling. The on-road riding is on well surfaced roads, back roads which are quiet for your biking enjoyment. The off road is not demanding, wide dirt tracks passing through rubber & palm tree plantations; the cycling on this trip is suitable for bikers of all levels.
This bike tour is followed by a support vehicle on day two and day three with spare parts and refreshments. This means at any time you are feeling tired you can jump in and still enjoy the same views as every one else.
Note: On day one, while biking on Yao Noi Island our mini bus/support vehicle cannot join us.
