Bangkok Ayutthaya Tour & River Cruise

  • 08:00 – Pick up from your hotel in Bangkok and transfer by car to Ayutthaya.
  • 09:30 – Visit Bang Pa-In Summer Palace., was first used by the royal court as a summer retreat in the 17th century. Most of the buildings that exist today date from the reign of King Rama V, who regularly spent his summers there. The structures represent a variety of architectural styles, set in a large park around ponds and waterways.
  • 10:30 – Visit Wat Mahathat Temple. The temple is one of Ayutthaya’s oldest temples, built by King Boromaraja I (1370-88). Its central prang, of which only the base remains, once rose to a height of 165 feet. Traces of the original stucco decorations can still be seen on some of the surrounding chedi’s.
  • 11:00 – Visit Wat Phra Sri San Peth, the largest temple in Ayutthaya that was built in 14 th century and use as the Royal Temple-cum-palace by several king & Viharn Phra Mongkol Bophit.
  • 13:15 – Welcome on board the luxurious cruiser ’Grand Pearl’ at Wat Chong-Lom pier. Superb buffet lunch which includes a delightful variety of oriental and western cuisines will be served. In the meantime, you will relax and enjoy the fascinating scenery on the River of Kings. The boat will pass Pathumthani and Nonthaburi province before reaching Bangkok City.
  • 16:00 – Arrive at the River City Shopping Complex Pier. And transfer back to your hotel.
