General Terms & Conditions
During the exchange of communication between the customer and ED1 Ltd part, trading as Easy Day Thailand, there is no obligation for the customer or ED1 Ltd part.
When the customer expresses the intention to purchase, ED1 Ltd part will then verify the availability and send a proforma invoice with details and instructions for payment.
Bookings can be made by email, fax or in person with an ED1 Ltd part representative.
The booking is confirmed when a non refundable deposit guarantee has been paid, according to the proforma invoice details. Once the deposit has been received by ED1 Ltd part a confirmation will be sent to the customer.
By making payment the customer implicitly agrees to the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy as stated in the proforma invoice and confirmation.
In the case of deposit payments it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the balance due no later than the due date in order to avoid cancellation fees.
It is very important that the customer checks details, prices and dates stated in the proforma invoice and confirmation before making payment.
In case of mistakes it is important that customers inform ED1 Ltd part as soon as possible in order to amend the documents.
Easy Day Thailand – Operator & Agent
Easy Day Thailand is operating Tours ourself and we act as an Agent for reliable 3rd party Tours Operators, which meet our Safety & Quality Standards.
Non refundable deposit and balance can be made by the following payment methods:
1. Bank Transfer
We accept payments in the following currencies:
- Thai Baht into our Bangkok Bank account
- Via Transferwise payments in Euro, British Pound, US Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Australian Dollar
See bank details here. Please note that all fees for bank transfers at both ends must be paid by the sender.
2. Credit card
- Online with VISA and MASTERCARD, via Bangkok Bank Ipay secured Online Payment system.
- Amex card holder can submit card details and get charged direct via Easy Day Thailand
- At ED1 Ltd part offices with VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX.
- To ED1 Ltd part representative via a wifi POS with VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX.
3. Pay Pal
Send money to our account [email protected] that is linked to the ED1 Ltd part bank account as above.
In Thai Baht or major foreign currencies at ED1 Ltd part offices or to an ED1 Ltd part representative.
- The balance is due before the activities and tour start or by the due date agreed in the confirmation.
- In the case of bookings for more than one person the balance due will be the responsibility of the person who made the booking and is always due in total.
If the customer wishes to cancel the booking, written notification by email must be given to ED1 Ltd part by the Lead Client /contact person. The date of cancellation will be the date ED1 Ltd part receives this written notice. In the event of cancellation by the customer, the following cancellation charges will be payable (unless otherwise stated in your confirmation of booking):
- 30 days or more prior to package or tour date: deposit forfeited
- Within 30 days of package or tour date: 100% of total price
- No show and last minute cancellation are charged 100% of total price
ED1 Ltd part can decide to cancel a program for safety reasons, bad weather, adverse conditions. In this case a full or partial refund is possible.
In case the program or tour is cancelled because of force majeure events , acts of nature, events not under ED1 Ltd part control, mechanical problems or other sudden and unforeseen reasons a partial refund will be at the discretion of ED1 Ltd part.
All refunds will be less financial fees, the fees won’t be less then 1,500 Thai Baht
Additional Terms for Airport Transfer Service bookings
ED1 Ltd part will wait for guests as follows, before considering the booking cancelled and non refundable:
Pick up at airports, ports, piers and stations – ED1 Ltd part staff or representative will wait for customers not more than sixty minutes from original ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) time. Or from the time that was communicated by the customers.
In case of delay it is the customer’s responsibility to let ED1 Ltd part know via email, call or SMS. Easy Day Hotline +66 62 245 1224 (06:00 to 21:00) or via the Emergency Contact Number provided in your Booking Confirmation. ED1 Ltd part will endeavour to reschedule the transfer if possible. A surcharge may apply for rescheduled transfers.
Pick up at Hotels, Villas, private home and other accommodation – ED1 Ltd part staff or representative will wait for customers not more than twenty minutes from the agreed and scheduled time.
Pick up times for transfers to the airport are based on our experience of typical transfer times and include a margin for possible delays caused by, but not limited to, traffic congestion, accidents, mechanical breakdowns, queues at airport security, customs and immigration.
In the unlikely event of a late arrival at the airport ED1 Ltd Part., as well as it’s subsidiaries, affiliates and representatives, shall not be held responsible for any delay, or become liable for any expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any service provider, or by force majeure, or any other event beyond our control, including, but not limited to, war, civil disturbance, severe weather, industrial disputes, accidents to or failure of machinery, equipment, vehicles.
Changes to bookings (except transfers)
If the customer decides to change the booking after reservation was made ED1 Ltd part will do what we reasonably can to accommodate the request but it may not always be possible. The customer should notify us as soon as possible of any changes as the sooner the customer does this the more likely it is that ED1 Ltd part can make the change. There will be an administration fee of 1,500 Thai Baht (in addition to any changes necessary to the price of the reservation).
Insurance, children policy and pregnancy
Safety Insurance by บริษัท ประกันคุ้มภัย จำกัด (มหาชน) – Policy No. 95-69-62/000476
Some of the activities and tours are not suitable for children below three years of age or for pregnant women. Specifically all programs involving speedboats. It is customer’s responsibility to check with ED1 Ltd part, before make a booking, if the activities and tours are suitable for them.
Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times. If both parents wish to partake in activities we can, for an extra charge, hire additional staff to supervise children. Please contact us well in advance to arrange this service. ED1 Ltd part customers are covered with accident and life insurance for a maximum of 1,000,000 Thai Baht per person and for a total of 150,000,000 Thai Baht in total per event.
The insurance cover is for customers from 1 – 75 years of age. Infants (less than 1 year) and customers above 75 years are limited to to 50% of the insurance sum.
The insurance covers customers during the tours and activities booked with ED1 Ltd part.
The insurance doesn’t cover cancellation due to ill health, disease or accident. Or any cancellation of the program done by ED1 Ltd part or the customer.
The insurance doesn’t cover for citizens from following countries:
Algeria, Angola, Burundi, Ethiopia, Liberia, Namibia, Sudan, Israel, Rwanda, Libya, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Pakistan, North Korea, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Yugoslavia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Uzbekistan, Haiti, Colombia, Cuba and Peru.
ED1 Ltd part highly recommends all customers to have their own personal accident and Travel Insurance.
Liability Release and Assumption of Risk
ED1 Ltd part can not be held liable for and will not be responsible for personal injuries, property damage, or wrongful death that may occur during activities, as a result of the inherent risks associated with them or as a result of acts or omissions of other third parties.
ED1 Ltd part reserves the right to change information and prices displayed on web sites, brochures and other promotional materials. ED1 Ltd part can’t be held liable for spelling mistakes, typos and accidental wrong information sent to customers.
We are a legal DBD Registered company with all licenses you need to operate here in Thailand.

- Allowed maximum 20 kg. per luggage per person excesses charge 20 THB per kg. (Not over 50 kg.)
