I have returned home from our trip to Phuket and Bangkok. Thank you for your excellent service and the professional, courteous conduct of you and your entire team. The restaurant that you suggested on our day of arrival was excellent – it offered good food and a great view. Your tour operators Ben (guided city tour) and Luna (Kapong river tubing) were both sincere and very friendly. The river tubing was great fun for me, my wife and my daughter – we kept discussing it during our entire trip 🙂 The guided city tour was also very enjoyable, with Ben taking many photographs of us.
There is one suggestion – please keep first aid kits in the waterfall diving area (the little hut where you serve tea) and at the end of the tubing course where we get on to the bank.
Thank you once again on behalf of all three of us for the entire experience. I shall definitely recommend you to my friends when they visit Phuket. I have written a review of your company on Trip Advisor, it is now under review and will be posted soon.
