If you decide to come in the wet monsoon season, it would be wise to expect heavy rains at least once a day, although nothing guaranteed. However, that said, it can rain constantly for a week to ten days.

The forest comes to life during this time, the rain signifies the end of the dry season and the mating calls will start, keep your ears open for that.

The dry Monsoon is the better time to visit the area if you’re put off by the rain systems that come in.

The scenery is always wonderful but has the clouds clear you can see more of the mountains tops and wildlife tend to come out more as they search for food and water.
